Styro-Crete
Materials:
150g Mortar Mix
50g Water
20g Styrofoam
Filament Scraps
Directions:
Mix 150g of mortar concrete with 50g of water
Slowly add styrofoam until mixed evenly (about 20g)
Melt layer of PLA filament at the bottom of the mold
Cast around the melted filament with the concrete-styrofoam mix
Even out the top layer of the concrete and let set
Allow mold to dry and remove
Silistrong
Materials:
Silicone Resin Mix
3 Cotton Balls (Ripped)
50g Sawdust
Directions:
Create silicone mixture
Break down cotton swabs/balls
Aquire sawdust
Mix cotton and sawdust into silicone mixture
Pour into mold
Allow mold to dry and remove
Compost Pucks
Materials:
200g Candle Wax
Coffee Grounds
Sawdust
Cardboard Backing
Directions:
Melt down 200g of candle wax
Collect used or unused coffee ground
Collect sawdust
Place a haxagonal sheet of card-stock/board at the base of the mold
Place coffee grounds and sawdust in the mold
Cast the melted candlewax over the sawdust and coffee grounds
Allow mold to dry and remove
